1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of gift certificates from Terapija Alsija. By purchasing a gift certificate, you agree to these terms.
2. Gift Certificate Purchase
- Gift certificates are purchased online through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital gift certificate via email as a PDF
- Each gift certificate contains a unique code for verification and redemption
- Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
3. Validity and Expiration
- Gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue
- The expiration date is clearly stated on the gift certificate
- Extensions beyond the expiration date are not permitted
- Expired gift certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded
4. Redemption
- Gift certificates must be redeemed by appointment only
- To book an appointment, contact us via email or phone with your gift certificate code
- The gift certificate must be presented (digital or printed) at the time of appointment
- Gift certificates are non-transferable and can only be used for the services specified
- Partial redemption is not possible - the full value must be used in one appointment
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- Gift certificates can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been redeemed
- To request a refund, contact us at alsija.terapija@gmail.com with your order details
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Once redeemed, gift certificates are non-refundable
6. No Cash Value
Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied toward future purchases beyond the specified service.
7. Lost or Stolen Certificates
If a gift certificate is lost or stolen, you can verify and retrieve it using the unique code on our verification page. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of gift certificates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Terapija Alsija is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of gift certificates. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the gift certificate.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued purchase of gift certificates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
